Anchor Advisors LLC, a Washington, DC-based public policy consulting firm, is pleased to have advised U.S. environmental consulting company Alliance Technical Group on its sale  to Blackstone Group announced in January 2026. We first got to know Alliance in 2021, when we acted as sole policy advisor to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) on its acquisition of the company. We were able to help Alliance track and navigate federal and state policy issues as it grew under MSCP
