Anchor advises Alliance Technical Group on its sale to Blackstone Group

Anchor Advisors LLC, a Washington, DC-based public policy consulting firm, is pleased to have advised U.S. environmental consulting company Alliance Technical Group on its sale to Blackstone Group announced in January 2026. We first got to know Alliance in 2021, when we acted as sole policy advisor to Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) on its acquisition of the company. We were able to help Alliance track and navigate federal and state policy issues as it grew under MSCP. And we were honored to work alongside our former colleagues at Capstone LLC in serving Alliance as it went through its sale process last year. We wish Jim Herr and the Alliance team all the best as they begin the next chapter of the company's successful history with Blackstone.
